14 years writing production code — most of it as a senior IC and engineering lead at startups you've heard of and a few you haven't. In 2024 I started Bruce Labs to build small, considered things and help small teams ship.
The studio runs as two practices because the buyers are different humans. Founders hiring a senior advisor want different signals than a small business owner hiring me to build their lead intake. So: two doors, one workshop.
